Dato’ Freddy Tan is a businessman and entrepreneur with more than 40 years of entrepreneurial experience. He has been actively involved in building management, project planning and development and has vast experience in building construction sector.
He is presently a Director of Akisama Group of Companies.
He is a major shareholder of Global Oriental Berhad with direct and indirect interests of 18.04%.

Dato’ Eddie Chan started his Real Estate Agency career in year 1990 and joined the real estate agency service with WTW Real Estate Sdn Bhd (Formerly C H Williams Talhar & Wong, Now known as CBRE/WTW) in year 1993 and focusing on the commercial, industrial and corporate investment for 18 years.
He has been involved in real estate industry for over 32 years, primarily in corporate real estate, project marketing, agency services, properties investment and development.
He has an excellent track record in successfully marketing all types of commercial, industrial and development land for the esteemed corporate clients, building owners and listed companies.
Since Dato’ Eddie Chan has an extensive experience in real estate industry, we believe his contribution is able to drive the company to achieve company’s objectives and goals in the near future.
